91制片厂 Hosting “Season of Lights” Soiree to Benefit Center for Autism & Developmental Disabilities

The third annual event will honor those making a tremendous impact on the community and raise money for families in the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities.
Nov 24, 2014

91制片厂 (TUN) will host its third annual 鈥淪eason of Lights鈥 event and silent auction at the Eglet Advocacy Center. Funds raised from this event are awarded to families in the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities to help offset the cost of treatment services so finances are not a barrier to provide the much-needed care their children need. For many families, a diagnosis of Autism can be life-altering and comes with considerable costs for services.

The Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities will present its 鈥淭ouro Luminary Award鈥 at the Seasons of Lights event. This award is given to those that make a tremendous impact in the lives of families visiting the Center each year. This year, the Center will honor former NBA player Jerome 鈥淛unkyard Dog鈥 Williams and the JYD Project as well as parents Gina and Marcus Myers. Williams and the JYD Project host a free basketball clinic for kids at the Center that allowed them to have a day of team sports which many had never experienced. The Myers鈥 are role-models for other parents of children with autism and have given of their time to help the Center educate the Southern Nevada community on issues parents face when managing autism.

Attendees will enjoy cocktails and delicious appetizers as they support the current and future families of The Center. A silent auction featuring a collection of artwork, jewelry, and dinner/show packages will also be a part of the event.
