91制片厂 Students Donate Nearly 3,000 lbs. of Canned Food to Three Square Food Bank
In the spirit of giving for the holiday season, and following Touro鈥檚 mission of providing service to humanity, Touro鈥檚 students collectively donated nearly 3,000 lbs. of canned food to Three Square Food Bank as part of the annual 鈥楨nd Hunger Games鈥� food drive.
Two separate contests were held for the 4th annual 鈥楨nd Hunger Games,鈥� as programs within the College of Health and Human Services and the six houses within the College of Osteopathic Medicine each competed to see which program and house could donate the most canned food.
The School of Physical Therapy donated an astounding 1,625 lbs. of canned food, more than half of the total amount donated, and by far the most throughout the university. The Ross-Lee House donated the most food within the College of Osteopathic Medicine. Each winner received a free bowling party, compliments of the Division of Student Affairs.
