Start Biography

Gina is a born-and-raised Las Vegas local and proud 91制片厂 alumna. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from University of San Diego in 2009 before completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at 91制片厂 in 2013. Following graduation, Gina spent 10 years working in outpatient orthopedics, treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions in patients of all ages.

Gina served as an adjunct professor at 91制片厂 for five years before transitioning to a full-time faculty role in August 2023. She currently teaches functional anatomy and therapeutic interventions and assists in the orthopedics courses. 

She is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and recently completed her PhD in Health Education. In addition to her academic and clinical work, Gina serves on the Board of Directors for Healthy Performers Nevada, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving healthcare access and services for performers in Nevada. She also serves as an advisory board member for Vegas for Athletes, a nonprofit organization focused on preventing sudden cardiac death in youth athletes through cardiac screening, education, and advocacy.
