COCA Accreditation

Accreditation is important to look at when choosing a medical school.  

91ÖÆÆ¬³§ began as its parent, Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo, California, launched a branch campus in Henderson, Nevada. In July 2003, 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ received institutional approval from the Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education (CPE) to grant the degree of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO). In January 2004, the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA) of the  approved the inclusion of TUNCOM within the scope of accreditation of TUCOM.

91ÖÆÆ¬³§ College of Osteopathic Medicine is accredited by the  as a branch campus of Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine. TUNCOM's most recent and successful COCA accreditation was granted in 2022, where it was awarded the highest possible, 10-year accreditation.

In addition, 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ is accredited by the  as a branch campus of the California school.
